This Privacy Policy explains how Atuscloud LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects Personal Data when You use Fyremind.
Interpretation and Definitions
Capitalized words have the meanings below, whether used in singular or plural.
Account means a unique account created for You to access the Service.
Company (referred to as the "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") means Atuscloud LLC in San Francisco, California.
Cookies are small files placed on a Device by a website.
Device means any device that can access the Service, including a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.

Service means the Fyremind website, web application, mobile applications, and related services provided by the Company.

Personal Data We Collect
Depending on how You use the Service, We may collect:
- Email address, first and last name, username, and Account identifiers.
- Telephone number when You choose to provide it.
- Billing address, including country, state or province, city, and postal code.
- Subscription, transaction, entitlement, and customer-support information.
- Learning preferences, onboarding answers, progress, gameplay, and other activity within the Service.
- Communications and requests You send to Us.
- Usage Data.
Usage Data
Usage Data may include Internet Protocol address, browser type and version, Device type and identifiers, operating system, pages or features visited, referring pages, dates and times, time spent, application diagnostics, and other technical information.
When You access the Service through a mobile Device, We may collect mobile Device type, operating system, application version, mobile browser type, Device identifiers, IP address, and diagnostic data.
Payments and Billing
We use Stripe to process subscriptions and payments made directly through Fyremind. Stripe directly collects and processes payment-card information through Stripe-hosted payment fields. Fyremind does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes.
We may provide Stripe with information needed to process and administer payments, including Your name, email address, billing address, Fyremind user reference, selected plan, transaction information, and information used for fraud prevention, tax, and legal compliance.
Stripe may provide Us with customer, payment-method, subscription, invoice, and transaction information. We may retain Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan and subscription status, billing periods, payment amount, payment-card brand, last four digits and expiration date, billing address, and payment event records. We use this information to administer Premium, process cancellations and refunds, reconcile billing state, prevent fraud, provide support, send service communications, and comply with legal obligations.
Payments made through Apple or Google are processed under the applicable Application Store's privacy policy. We may receive purchase identifiers and subscription-status information from those stores, but We do not receive complete payment-card details from them.
How We Use Personal Data
We may use Personal Data:
- To provide, maintain, personalize, secure, and monitor the Service.
- To create and manage Your Account and learning experience.
- To perform contracts with You, including administering subscriptions, payments, refunds, and Premium access.
- To contact You about transactions, subscriptions, Account activity, security, support, and Service changes.
- To provide news or offers where permitted and subject to Your communication choices.
- To respond to requests and provide customer support.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity.
- To analyze trends and improve Our Service, products, marketing, and user experience.

- To comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect legal rights.
Retention of Personal Data
We retain Personal Data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, complying with legal, tax, accounting, and financial-record obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and chargebacks, and enforcing agreements.
Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period unless longer retention is needed for security, functionality, analysis, or legal compliance. Account deletion does not require Us or Our payment providers to delete transaction or billing records that must be retained for lawful purposes.

Your information may be processed in locations outside Your state, province, or country where privacy laws differ. By using the Service and providing information, You acknowledge these transfers. We take reasonable steps designed to ensure that Personal Data is handled securely and in accordance with this Policy and applicable transfer requirements.

Depending on where You live, You may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of Personal Data, or to object to or limit certain processing. You may update certain information in Your Account or contact Us to make a request.
We may need to verify Your identity before completing a request. We may retain information where required or permitted by law, including transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute records. We will not discriminate against You for exercising an applicable privacy right.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so We cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18.
